KENZAN

Kenzan, also called spiky frog or flower frog, is traditionally used in the Japanese art of flower arrangement Ikebana. It's a useful tool when you want to arrange flowers and twigs. Its metal, circular heavy base has multiple copper needles, which keeps the flowers in place. How to use the flower fakir: Choose flowers and twigs, it works just as well with fresh as with dried flowers. Place the kenzan in a shallow bowl or vase. Give each stem a sharp, angled cut and insert it into the frog piercing the stem onto the nails. Then add water. The kenzan is handmade of the highest quality and delivered in a nice box. At the bottom of the box is a kenzan RING that can be used to prevent the fakir from slipping on slippery surfaces and protects delicate surfaces. Choose between two sizes.
