Cancel or Return your purchase
According to the Distance Contracts Act, you as a customer have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your item. You can exercise your right of withdrawal here by filling out the form below. Depending on how far your order has progressed, we will handle your request in one of the following ways:
YOUR ORDER CAN STILL BE CANCELLED (Cancellation)
This is only possible if your package has not yet been packed or shipped from our warehouse. If we are able to stop the order in time, we will cancel it and issue a full refund immediately.
YOUR ORDER HAS ALREADY BEEN SHIPPED (Return)
If your package has already been packed or left our warehouse, we unfortunately cannot cancel the delivery.In this case, our standard return process will apply instead. This means you will receive the package and then return it to us according to the instructions we send via email. Please specify in the message field if you would like to use our pre-paid return shipping label (available within Sweden only, at a cost of 75 SEK) or if you will handle the return shipping yourself.
If you choose not to collect your package, a fee of 150 SEK within Sweden, 30 EUR within Europe, and 50 EUR / 50 USD for the rest of the world will be charged. This fee is applied to cover our actual costs for shipping, return shipping, and handling. If you experience any issues receiving your delivery, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to find a solution.
