Here you can exercise your right of withdrawal. Please fill out the form below to submit your request. Depending on the status of your order, we will handle it in one of the following ways:
CANCEL ORDER
This is only possible if your package has not yet been packed or shipped from our warehouse. If we are able to stop the order in time, we will cancel it and issue a full refund immediately.
MAKE A RETURN
If your package has already been packed or has left our warehouse, we unfortunately cannot cancel it. In this case, the standard right of withdrawal applies, and you are more than welcome to return the package to us. We will respond to your request via email with further instructions and details on how to proceed with your return.
