According to the Distance Contracts Act, you as a customer have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your item. Exercise your right of withdrawal by completing the form below.
Once you have submitted the form, you will immediately receive an email confirmation that we have received your request.
For Swedish orders: In step 2, indicate whether you would like to use our prepaid return shipping label for a fee of 75 SEK, or if you prefer to arrange and pay for the return shipping yourself.
If you choose not to collect your package, a fee of 150 SEK within Sweden, 30 EUR within Europe, and 50 EUR / 50 USD for the rest of the world will be charged. This fee is applied to cover our actual costs for shipping, return shipping, and handling. If you experience any issues receiving your delivery, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to find a solution.
