These terms of service apply to all visitors and customers of the website www.finelittleday.com.

By using the website or making a purchase, you agree to these terms.

You confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian to make purchases from us.

Orders

Orders can be placed through the website or via our customer service.

By clicking the purchase button, you enter into a binding agreement with Fine Little Day AB.

An order confirmation will be sent to you immediately via email. If you notice any errors in the order confirmation, please contact our customer service immediately.

Please note that once the order has been scheduled for delivery, it cannot be changed.

Prices and Payment

All prices on the website include VAT for customers within the EU.

For customers outside the EU, additional charges may apply, such as VAT, customs duties, and other import fees.

Payment can be made via card, PayPal, or Klarna (Pay in 30 days / 3 installments).

When paying via customer service, payment must be made in advance to our bank account or via PayPal.

Returns and Defective Products

Defective products will be exchanged free of charge, provided that a complaint is made within a reasonable time.

We recommend that you keep your order confirmation as proof of purchase.
