Right of Withdrawal
Our goal is that you will be completely satisfied with the product or products you purchase from us. In accordance with consumer protection laws, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal, meaning you have 14 days to notify us that you wish to cancel your purchase from the day you received the item.
If you wish to withdraw from your purchase, the easiest way to do so is by filling out our Withdrawal Form. It is also fine to contact us at hej@finelittleday.com. Please note that not collecting a package or refusing a delivery is not considered exercising your right of withdrawal.
You are, of course, allowed to unpack and examine the item carefully. If you have handled the item more than necessary (beyond what would be permitted in a physical store), you are responsible for the item's diminished value, and we reserve the right to make a deduction for depreciation upon refund.
Return Freight
You are responsible for the cost of the return freight. For domestic orders within Sweden, you can use our prepaid return shipping label at a cost of 75 SEK (see our full terms for international orders in our Terms & Conditions). Pack the item well, preferably in its original packaging.

Damages & Issues
Please check your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so that we can assess the issue and resolve it.
Items Not Eligible for Return
Purchase on approval and exchange right does not apply to goods sold by the meter, fabric samples, custom made curtains, sewing services or custom-made products.
Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return has been approved, purchase the new item separately.
Refunds
We will notify you when we have received and inspected your return and whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at hej@finelittleday.com
If you choose to return items in-store, you will receive a receipt for what you returned, and the refund will be processed within 14 days using the original payment method.
