Returns & Refunds

Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with any item(s) you purchase from us. We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You also need to provide your receipt or order confirmation.

Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We kindly ask you to observe that you cannot exercise your right of retraction simply by refusing delivery of the product or by not collecting the parcel.

In case of exchange or return, you have to bear the cost of the return freight yourself.

You may also return items in person at our store at Spinnmästarevägen 2 in Lindome. Please bring your order confirmation to help us process the return quickly.

Damages & Issues
Please check your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so that we can assess the issue and resolve it.

Items Not Eligible for Return
Purchase on approval and exchange right does not apply to goods sold by the meter, fabric samples, custom made curtains, sewing services or custom-made products.

Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The quickest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return has been approved, purchase the new item separately.

Refunds
We will notify you when we have received and inspected your return and whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at hej@finelittleday.com

If you choose to return items in-store, you will receive a receipt for what you returned, and the refund will be processed within 14 days using the original payment method.
